Thomas V. McCaffrey, MD., PhD.

Dr. Thomas McCaffrey a board certified otolaryngologist and is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology, University of South Florida. Dr McCaffrey received the M.D. degree in 1974 from the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology at the Mayo Clinic in 1980. He was a staff Otolaryngologist and Professor of Otolaryngology at the Mayo Clinic from 1980 until 1998 when he came to the University of South Florida and Professor and Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology. Dr McCaffrey has published more than 100 papers and two books in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
