K. Paul Boyev, M.D.

Dr. K. Paul Boyev, M.D., is a board certified otolaryngologist and is currently Assistant Professor and Director of the Division of Otology/Neurotology, as well as Director of the Hearing and Balance Center of the Department of Otolaryngology, University of South Florida. Dr Boyev received his M.D. degree in 1993 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Maryland in 1998. He received his clinical fellowship training in Otology/Neurotology at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary/Harvard Medical School, and his research training at the Eaton-Peabody Laboratory elucidated the effects of anesthesia on the olivocochlear efferent reflex.
